Refund policy

We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, and not damaged (unless received damaged).

For orders with free delivery, a standard delivery charge of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must send the item back to our address in Lahore.

Returns and exchanges are not applicable on:
• Sale items  
• Customized products  
• Bridal sets  
• Queen size and single size items  

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–10 working days. Bank processing time may take an additional 3–5 days.
